Fiesta 2017

"Growing Future Artists"

The 11th Biennial Juried Show & Fiber Arts Exhibition
in Albuquerque, New Mexico
May 19, 20, and 21, 2017

The biennial Fiesta is the major fundraiser for the Albuquerque Fiber Arts Council, Inc. (AFAC), a tax-exempt, non-profit organization.

Check out the Fiesta 2017 photos of the Featured Artist and Special Exhibits, plus our wonderful Vendors! We currently have some photos of the Classes, and in the future we may have, hopefully, videos. Also, we'll be posting photos of the fantastic entries, so watch for them.

WE'LL BE BACK! Think ...

FIESTA 2019!

Below are some photos of Set Up Day, the day before the Fiesta began. Try to imagine two huge bare rooms at the Manuel Lujan Building. First the pipes and drapes go up. And then the fun begins! The guilds bring in the almost 700 entries and start setting up the guild booths. Then the vendors show up with all sorts of eye candy. It's so hard to work when all you want to do is look.
